The Wicked Witch lost her shoes !

These are "Walk Over" brand shoes, est. 1758 and still in business !

Walk Over was est. in 1758 but I believe the Walk Over "branding" wasn't used until a little later, but to me they look pre 1880's or so ?

So I have been trying to date these by comparable "styles", and the heel style is the most telling I think.

I have seen identical heeled shoes dated back to 1770's, but I think somewhere between 1758 and 1880 but when ?

They are painfully thin in width, I don't know how anyone could wear them !

Victorian, Edwardian?

Thank you !

The Keith family have been making shoes since 1758, and the George E. Keith company that manufactures the Walkover brand was established in 1874. however, they didn't create the Walkover brand until 1899 for a line of men's shoes, and the first time the Walkover brand was applied to a line of women's footwear was in 1912. So its impossible for your boots to predate 1912. Your boots are c. 1918 - 1922. If you do some google searches you will find similar boots illustrated in period catalogues.
