Help Dating Barbizon robe (?) orphan....1960s?

Hi Everyone,
I'm thinking this is the robe from a peignoir?

Also, I was thinking 60s or 70s but the B in all the later labels in the resource looks different.

It's SO soft to the touch.

Lauren, you would be safe saying it's 50s into the early 60s but no later. Their labels changed a lot in the late 60s.

I agree with a '50s date and would call that a brunch coat: a light, short dressing gown that you'd wear to breakfast.
