Help dating beaded velvet shoes

These shoes have really confused me. They look older yet I'm wondering if they are more modern due to a few things. They are made of black velvet with iridescent beading. The heels are nailed on but the rest of the sole is glued. No labels are marking of any kind. Any help would be appreciated!

Can you take a clear straight side on picture of the heels? It often helps with dating. I'm not wonderful on shoes but there are a few experts here who may be able to help you.

The shape is a classic house shoe/slipper style of the 1930s/40s. The beading makes me think these are probably made in India for the export market, or the expat Euro market in India. The black soles and lining are unusual for Western manufacturers for house shoes.
