Help dating black velvet hat...1920s??

This next hat is absolutely beautiful in person. It's black velvet, has beautiful feathers to one side, and this really amazing beaded "spiderweb" design. At first I was leaning to 1930s, or maybe even early 1940s. However, could the hat possibly be older, maybe late 1920s? Any help would be appreciated. This is certainly an unusual one for me!

It is hard for me to tell from the photos, but I am happy to try. My guess is early 1950s, but it could be very late 1940s. Definitely not 1920's. I love that design on the beadwork.
