Help Dating Bloomers!

Hello,

Can anyone assist me in dating these bloomers? Any other info is appreciated as well!

I remember these as being from the 1960's or early 1970's. I associate them with pettipants, but someone else may be able to provide more accurate dating. I was surprised that they are not in the VFG lingerie resource. After you get more information about them you might want to resize your images smaller and submit them to the lingerie resource.

Yes, I wore some like this (but pink) in about 1971, I think they were an older style then. We called them "witches britches". Now that I think of them, mine were nylon and mum probably found them in a charity shop, they were probably early '60s. I thought they were a lot of fun.

Yours looks as if the waist elastic may have been replaced.
