help dating blouse

One more item I need help with. This is a black crepe blouse with an interesting beading pattern. It has a snap at the neck but no other zippers or closures. There are no internal tags. There's some stitching and snaps at the wrists as well (I've taken a close-up pic of the detailing). The pictures aren't great (taken with my phone), so if you need more pictures of any aspect of the blouse, let me know, and I'll try taking some better pictures.

Also, I looked around on-line, and it looks similar to other beaded blouses from the Art Deco era (20s to 30s). Is there anything I should be looking for to tell if it's from this era?
