Help dating Chandler's shoes with stacked heel

I would like help dating these shoes. I can't find information on the designer. I'm thinking 1970's but I wanted to be sure. The are Chandler's made in Italy with blue suede and leather. Thanks in advance.

I remember shoes like that - I agree with '70s, and will put them into the mid '70s. Shoe styles were changing rapidly - these are chunky but don't have a platform. They have styling from earlier decades.

Yes, these look exactly like shoes my daughter bought at Chandlers in the mid-70's.
