The "Made in El Salvador " makes me think this was made later. There was clothing exported from there during the 1960's but it was made from locally grown cotton, not polyester.
I will get some....
The little pants things are that filmy nylon I associate with 60s or 70s.
I know there was alot of light manufacturing in El Salvador in the 60s and 70s.....just not sure if that would have been restricted to cotton?
THe underpants aren't hot pants - not pants were outer wear, intended to be seen under the short skirt - those are underpants, not intended to be seen. That very geometric black and white print strikes me as more 60s than 70s - 1967ish.
