Help dating Christian Dior coat.

I need to get as more information of it as I can, year, inspiration, etc..

Hi, the coat is 1980s, and Christian Dior Coordonnes was trademarked in 1985. I don't know why but it made me think of Mad Max beyond the Thunderdome, a Mel Gibson film released the same year, which sports a lot of leather and quirky features like those pleated sleeves. Though I believe your coat is a woman's.
