help dating cotton sundress - 40s/50s or 80s?

While the style of this dress strikes me as late 40s/50s, other details - such as the European size label and washing instructions - strike me as later than that. I've attached photos of the dress as well as photos of the hem, zipper pull, size label and washing instructions. Any thoughts you might have regarding the date would be most welcome.

the curved lapel collar is making me think 60s/70s and the way the care labels are sewn in a bunch of loops like that is how I find most 70s garment labels here, so I'd be going with early 70s in a retro style.
