Help dating Delman shoes?

Hmmm, not sure - they are a bit unusual. I thought Delman closed in 1988, so they would have to be before that. They are good quality - but because they are conservative, they make we want to think they are earlier than they really are. I suspect they might be late 70s or early 80s... not sure, just trying to add up the parts....
