I could use some assistance with this lovely number. Is it 50's? Also, how can I describe the neckline treatment? Thanks! PS, I have more pics if needed.

I think that is what is called a 'portrait collar' and I would say late 50s.

Portrait collar was my first thought as well. With those pointy turn-back cuffs it strikes me as a 'vamp' dress too. Nice!
