Help Dating Dress!

Hello! I'm looking for help to date this dress I recently found. There is no label except for a union tag. The zipper on the back is USA MONA, with 2 hook/eye clasps as well.

Looking for any info or thoughts! I'm a beginner when it comes to dating vintage clothing and want to learn as much as I can! Thanks!

I think your dress is from 1963 or 1964 right at the beginning of the time that this Union label was used. It was in use from 1963 - 1974:

It probably had a matching jacket originally.

As everyone says, 1960s, earliest (because of that union label) 1963.
