Help dating - Edwardian mourning blouse?

I found this at a church rummage sale. The black silk is in overall amazing condition, just one seam at should where the thread pulled away.
I'd appreciate any dating or details, I'm way out of my league!

What a great find for a rummage sale. Wonderful that it is in such great condition too. It would be helpful to see the whole sleeve, pulled away fro the bodice so we can see the sleeve's shape. But it is Edwardian, looks like first half of the decade. While it is black and could have been worn for the mourning period, I think it is really just a beautiful garment for non mourning as well since it is rather fancy. The little bit of white net or lace at the neck might have been added as the mourning period progressed.

Wow, thanks. I was able to dig thru some genealogy records tonight and I'm pretty sure I found the original owner and she was alive from 1847-1940.
I emailed the town's historical society to help me cross verify and see if they are interested in the blouse.
