Help Dating Floral Clutch Purse

i have this beautiful floral clutch purse. It seems I need some help dating it. the colors and print are GORGEOUS.
the inside reads "La Princessa Handbags". it has a gold-tone closure, the small snake style chain strap has discolored a bit, but oh it's too gorgeous as a clutch !

could it be silk ?

what era ? 60's ?

That's lovely! I've never heard of the manufacturer before, but can imagine this as late 50s/early 60s, with a matching pair of winkle pickers...

Have you tried a polishing cloth on the snake chain?
