Help dating glass bead necklace?

[Better Dresses Vintage]

This lovely glass bead necklace comes from the estate of a woman with many lovely items, mostly 40s/50s/60s. She'd passed away more than 10 years before her son contacted me to clean out her home. So, in 2001, she was over 90, if that provides any addtl. info.

It has no marks of any kind. If you know where one might be hiding, please advise!

Those are called wedding cake beads (the fancy ones) rest look like different varieties of czech glass.
