They look mid century 50s-60's to me and I would have said glass too.
I would look for adverts by that maker to see if they are gold plated as they look.

If they are cold to the touch - then yes, they are most likely glass - cabochon/bezel set. I have see some other by this maker that are actually marked gold plate or have a number for the gold content - so these could be gold plate or they may just be gold tone. Are they signed on the shanks at all - I can't tell from your photos? If so, you might want to show that...

Kreisler made nice quality cuff links, in the 40s, 50s. These are blue glass, and it's good you have the box!

The cut of the glass stones is called cabochon. Kreisler did make some very nice jewelry, including some fine jewelry. I believe their jewelry is usually marked somewhere on the piece, so it's possible that this set is in a Kreisler box but not Kreisler. According to this website, the Kreisler company stopped making men and women's jewelry in 1952. I would date t his to the late 40s and early 50s.

I have a few Kreisler pieces in my personal collection and have sold some. I sold this C. 1940s piece - here's the mark.

Thanks Linn,
I'll double scrutinize the cufflinks for marks...
P.s. I love those bracelets...not sure what you call that jointed lock hingey style but I'm totally drawn to them.

Lauren,

The piece I showed is actually a necklace but I agree - pieces from this company from the '40's are really wonderful! This is the piece:

The clear rhinestones were sparkly but my camera didn't catch that! The piece now lives in Italy and the buyer loved it!
