Help dating handbag with built in purse?

Im a pretty new vintage reseller and while I feel I am mostly accurate when it comes to dating clothing, I still get completely stumped when it comes to handbags!
Your thoughts on this leather handbag?
Label inside is TOPAZ.

I would assosiate that bag shape, the faille lining, metal zip and label style with the 1960's but I'm not absolutely positive so do wait for other opinions.
