help dating / identifying egyptian necklace pendant

recently came across this pendant, can't quite date it. i've figured as much as this :

it appears to have an egyptian motif. i believe the dog is anubis? also, there is a small eye of horus. inscription on the back that i can't make out.

any help or information would be appreciated!

Interesting piece, appears to be artisan designed... can't help with the markings. Looks like a rock crystal inserted as well.

That looks like a 92 in the signature. Could that be the year I wonder?

I too was thinking that was a date and artisan made. Crystals were very "big" in the 90s.
