Help dating Jantzen knit dress

Hello,

Can anyone help me date this Jantzen knit sweater dress? The label resource is throwing me off on this one. It was originally meant to have a belt, if that helps at all. Thanks,

It looks early 50s to me (style, colour and boucle wool) - I wonder where the Jantzen factory was in Canada?

I agree with early '50s - I think the collar is meant to fold out, creating a shawl collar.
