help dating jolibel summer dress

Hi Everyone,
Just wondered if anyone had some 'dating' advice on this one. The label is 'Modes Jolibel Europeennes' and there are no other labels on either the dress or slip.
I've listed it as circa 1960s, but am wondering if it could be earlier or later?
Any thoughts?

It's not 60's. Looks like 70's with the elastic waist and ruffles at the sleeves and hem.
