Help dating lace blouse please

Hi all!

I have this beautiful lace and net blouse that I would like a more specific date on, any ideas?

Combination of bobbinette, netting, Swiss dot voile and lace. Very small. Hook and eye and tiny snap closures, French seaming. Long net sleeves with lace ruffle cuff. shawl collar and open neck.

Waist: 26 , Length to waist: 15,

I'm thinking 1910s but I would like others eyes

I'd like to see what other folks say as well. I've never seen that combination of lace and material, nor have I seen the style.

That type of lace with the high waist in combination with the blouson style and the open neckline - 1913 - 1916
