Help dating Lanvin silk dress

I recently purchased a Lanvin silk shirt dress from a thrift boutique and would love help dating it. The label looks very similar to one from the late 70s in the vintage label resources, but the quality of the silk and construction seem newer than that. The only other tag present is a dry clean only tag, I believe the size tag was above that and cut. Thank you for any help you can provide!

This is a high quality, very wearable, but simple dress. The shirtwaist became one of their go-tos in the late 60s/70s, but I think this one is 1980s, as the collar is too small and square for the 60s/70s.

Agree with Jonathan: these simple, shift-style shirt dresses with small collars date to about 1982-83, Lanvin is a good label so might be a little earlier but I wouldn't expect it to be by much: say 1980-82.
