Help dating Levis

Hello everyone, I recently picked up a pair of Levis 501, that I believe are from the 80s or 90s. They were made in Canada (I know the last Canadian plant closed in 2003). I find the care tag to be confusing. There are so many numbers and I cannot decipher a date. If anyone is able to help with this, I would very much appreciate it, as I can't find a similar care tag online to compare with. Thank you!

Hello and welcome to the forums.
Numbers on labels on commercially produced garments have mostly nothing to do with dates in my experience, or do not contain dates. They more probably refer to factories, stock numbers etc. Just from looking at them I would guess 80s or 90s too, but let's see if we get some more opinions.

Thank you for your reply! I'm new to looking at Levis labels, so any help I can get is great. I watched a few videos stating that the date and factory number are often 3-4 digit numbers on the care tags, but I'm not sure how to read them. I'm not even sure of the accuracy of the videos I watched. We'll see :)
