Help dating Lovedays Tap Pants (?)

Hi All,
these little mini-bloomers/tap pants (?) are lightly elasticized, but I can't get a sense of what era I'm looking at.

Hi Lauren, these are very sweet.
As they appear to be all nylon including the lace trim, I would be going mid to late 1950s.

Lets see what the rest of the gang think as well
