Help dating lovely blue hat

I have this blue hat that I adore but not sure at all how to date it or what to call it. The woman I purchased it from called it deco but I am not sure if it really is. Only tag in it is number "22". No union label. Can anyone help?

What a divine " vintage Easter Bonnet"! I'm inserting a photo from my 1956 Sears catalog. A lot of hats from the early 50s had those "prongs" on the inside to hold it in place. This one is similar, with netting. My 40s catalogs all show hats tilted forward. However, it's best to not take one person's word for it. Wait to hear from others. (the more you learn....)
