Help dating Mr. Mort dress

I think this Mr. Mort dress is from the 60s, the label also seems to point to a 60s dress but I am still not exactly sure. This baby-doll style doesn't strike me as something from the era. Also, does this type of tiny bow lace have a special name?

Thank you,
Victoria

I wonder if it had long, chiffon sleeves originally - sometimes they're removed if they get damaged, as they're quite delicate.

The armholes should have a wide facing that matches the rest of the dress. If it's trimmed in anything else, it may not have started as a sleeveless dress.

I agree with 1960's, I have also only seen this style of dress (always black, generally quite fussy in decoration) with long chiffon or lace sleeves, often with a ruff at the cuff.
