Help Dating Oscar De La Renta Swimsuit Cover

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I recently bought this beautiful Oscar De La Renta swimsuit cover and need help dating. The label says Oscar De La Renta Swimwear. I am thinking it's earlier than the 80's but not sure because of the should pads.

If it has shoulder pads, it's a safe bet it's between the early '80s and the early '90s... that said, I've also seen them in'40s covers but of course, your piece isn't that old.

I think yours is very late to very early '90s, say '89-91.
