help dating patent mary jane block heeled shoes.

Hi, I loved the look of these Bally 'Cloud Nine' shoes but am having a little trouble dating them, my first thought was 70's with that strong heel and chunky overall style but I have been seeing in my books a lot of similar square toes and even some mary janes styles that could put them in the 60's - I haven't seen the combination of t-bar mary janes and block heel like this.
The only similarity I have seen is in the shape of the Etienne Aigner shoes on page 85 of Shoes A-Z which are dated 1969.
Could you please share your thoughts?

Those sure look late 60s...69, 70 maybe 71. Of course the experts will come around. But they're so cute I had to toss in my quid.

Adorable, and I agree they are cusper-ish at very late 60s to very early 70s.
