I own a pair of red Tony Lama cowgirl boots. I believe they are from the mid-late 70's to early 80's. They are in good condition. The toes are slightly scuffed up, but only so much to give it a worn look. There is slight discoloring in a few spots, but nothing major, and the soles are in good condition. There is no separation between the heel and the sole. There are scratches on the back of one of the boots, but it could easily be repaired. I am a woman's size 9.5-10, and the boots are slightly roomy. The boots are Black Label, and they have the black tag sewn in on the inside. They are definitely broken in, but not worn out, and I think they have many years left of use.

I know the boots being Black Label has a significance, and adds to the value, but I'm not sure how much. What price could I list these at if I were to sell them? What is a good estimation of their value?

welcome, shoe lover ~

we don't give valuations here at the VFG, as they can be problematic since value depends very much on where you are and where you want to sell it. Secondly, it's hard to say what an item is worth without holding it in your hand. Even the best photos do not reveal the full story.

Our general advice for those seeking valuations is to search similar items in SOLD auctions on ebay, rather than active auctions, because many sellers offer vintage garments at prices higher than the market will bear, so the amount a person has actually paid for something is a better price guide than what someone is asking for it.

you may want to try to look at the TL website for guidance...check the inside of your boots for style numbers to help you. if you don't find the exact thing online, you may want to contact the people at TL.
