help dating print skirt

The fabric of this skirt shouted vintage to me, but because it has no tags, I wanted to both double-check and get help with the era. It has a few knife pleats on the front sides of the skirt, pockets, and an elastic waistband on the back half of the waistband. No special construction details, though I've included a couple interior pics (one of the elastic part of the waistband, and one of the interior hem). Thoughts? If I had to guess a vintage era I would say 1970s?

I am wondering if it might not even be early 80s, mainly due to the length of it.

I also get an 80's vibe from it, partly because of the 50's style floral print - which often turns up 'oversized' in 80's reproductions.

Thanks! 80s makes sense for the length and style of print (which is why I was uncertain about 70s). I think the colors just seemed more 70s to me.
