Help dating printed cotton dress

Hi all - I have a printed cotton day dress that was sold to me as an antique dress, however, I am hoping for some direction here on dating her as I'm just unsure on her. She has a Peter Pan style collar with snap closures down the front bodice into the top portion of skirt. The sleeves also have elastic at the hems - which I have not seen in a true 1900s dress. Appreciate any help on this!

Here are some images of the inner construction. Machine sewn.
I was hoping to find some sort of marking on the cotton print but didn't find anything in the selvege.
I am also leaning towards prairie revival - as it just doesn't sit with me that she's early 1900s.
