Help dating red blouse

please could you help me date this gorgeous little red blouse. I have a feeling it came from Austria. The darting may be a later adjustment as the owner was a keen seamstress. There is a little pearl button and snappers.

It looks 1930's to me.

This was the problem I was having. At first I thought 50's then on closer inspection I thought 30's. It's a very soft cotton and the mother of pearl button has no apparent use.

I also waffled around those decades but the reasons I think 30s - ruffle 'dickie' style front, less defined waist, small collar, sleeve length, no waist darts in front (I'd expect these for 40s or 50s) and generally the delicacy of it.

The pearl button should have a thread loop on the edge of the ruffle to keep the front closed under the collar. It has the same purpose as the small button you often get there on coats.

Why do you think it came from Austria? It looks similar to English 30s blouses I've had.
