Help dating Saint Laurent Rive Gauche dress

Hello,
I've just purchased some archive Saint Laurent pieces and I'm particularly struggling in dating this dress.
Pictures in attachment.

My first guess is that it belongs to the spring summer 1978 collection (pattern look like the same style of the infamous butterflies dress) and has that sort of 1930's/1940's feeling that was very common in mid/late 70's.

Any help or confirmation would be super helpful

Very pretty. To me it looks 1980s, with those wide sleeves and the ruffle at the bottom.

I think it VERY early 80s...around that cusp.
