Help dating seal leather bag

Please could someone help me with dating this gorgeous little seal leather bag. I keep going from one decade back to another. Fresh eyes are needed.

Thank you, it had me stumped from late teens up to the 30s.

Hard to be sure without having it in hand. It could be early 1920s, as Cin has offered as a possible date. It could be earlier, going back to the Edwardian era. I get a sense of 1910-1920 but cannot pin it down exactly.

What are the dimensions?

I see 30s with that type of frame.

Sorry for the delay, I've been ill in bed. So the widest point is 9.5" and 7" from top point down.
