Help dating shoe suitcase please

I'm helping my Mum whittle down her vintage collection before her cupboards explode! She has this shoe suitcase; the outer is a brown hard, smooth shell; the inner has 6 compartments for shoes and is lined in a peach moire fabric, with a peach braid trim.

Can anybody please help with dating? I'll try to attach photos...

I would agree with 1930s, this is a British suitcase I had with the early St Michael label which is known to be from the 1930s - the outer was a linen type finish man made material and it had a metal handle.
