Help dating Silk (?) "SOBIES" robe and naming type of lace

Hi everyone....not at all sure where we ? 30s 40s 60s? Silk or silk rayon? What would you call this type of lace?
Finally.....dressing robe? Robe?

I would say late 20s or early 30s. Looks like silk to me, I have had this lace trim before, just can't think of the name now.
It's really lovely!

I agree it looks earlier, and the way the tie is attached at the edges and not wrapped around the middle would fit with the loose-waisted fashions of the 20s. The lace is gorgeous.
