help dating sterling and pearl pin, please

Pretty little brooch marked only "SILVER" -- no other clues (beyond its design/clasp and its having belonged to someone very old). Expert opinions as to its age and origin, please? Thanks - Liza

Tiffany -- Sorry. I'd meant to type "silver + pearl." I don't know that it's 0.925% silver (sterling), nor do I know if the pearls are faux, natural, or cultured. Those things I can easily find out. What I can't determine as easily is when/where it's from. Do you have any idea?

Very pretty and looks 40's. It doesn't seem to follow a particular 'place of origin' style, but likely .925 up to .950 silver with that stamp and coloring (going by my monitor). I see some nice hand chasing and what looks like some yellow adhesive behind the pearls (is that right?) which appear to be simulated. Nice find.
