Help dating Sweddish child\'s dress

hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me date this children’s dress. The label on it says 'made in Switzerland' and there’s a small size tag which reads 32. Because the label is in English, does this mean it would have been made for tourists? It zips at the back with a metal zip.

its very traditional/classic design..l would say cos of length and slightly fuller short sleeves, an early 70's Maxi...

and l recall having one with a frill front, but with the embroidered brocadey type trim...and l wore mine to the ballet in 1971 (with my fist bra, l thought everyone Knew!!)
