Help dating these cotton work pants

Hi all!

Any ideas on dating these work pants? White cotton twill. Buttons in the front and has an adjustable tab button back. They also button at the ankles. No label or maker present, there is a black stamp on the inside of the waistband I now see that is a large 2. The waist is 27 inches.
