help dating these late 70s (?) pumps and cleaning advice for the rubber soles

HI Everyone,
Late 70s?
Also the plastic rubber sole and heel are quite soiled....any suggestions for cleaning them?

Early 70's. You can't really do anything with that sort of crepe - it tends to get a bit tacky with age and will pick up the dirt. Sorry! It appears to have had another sole stuck on - a cobbler could remove this and finish it so it so looked better, as at the moment the heel is lower than the platform.
