Help dating these vintage overalls :)

Hi Ambrosia, and welcome to the forums - are they for a toddler? Size 18 being 18 months? I'm assuming that's what "MOS" means and the snaps on the inside leg.

Also, can you please show a photo of the underside of the label - hopefully it will have fabric content and care instructions. Thank you.

Overalls are popular for very small children and never really go out of fashion so label information will help a lot. You can see they've been worn and loved and washed lots, by the wear to the painted white buckle.

My feeling is '80s but with more information I can probably do better.
 
Sorry to diverge but is this what Etsy is indicating by the Overalls category? From a british perspective these are dungarees, overalls to me are what is also known as a boiler suit? I did think it strange they would devote a fashion category to a work wear garment!

Melanie, these types of garments are known as overalls in the USA, or sometimes, more specifically, as bib overalls. :) Worker's garments that cover everything are generally referred to as coveralls.
