Hi everyone!! I'm very happy to have found this forum! I have had these shoes in my possession for some time, I've been trying to sell them on eBay but feel they are listed incorrectly-I honestly have no idea what era they are from, and even after extensive Googling of the brand maker, have made no progress. If anyone can tell me anything specific about them, I'd be truly appreciative!

They are tagged "Counties by Holmes Norwich" and they are made in England. The sizing information appears to have been written by hand on the interior side of the shoe. The crystal embellished bow atop the toe is really distinctive because of how the crystals are literally "in-laid" into the plastic...The body is a tapestry brocade embroidery, metallic and somewhat "Stiff" feeling. Below are some pictures. Thank you so much in advance!!

my first impression is 60s; they are really lovely!

on a pair if shoes such as this, we would typically use keywords of bride, bridal and wedding as well as cocktail, brocade, metallic, sling back and square toed.

Holmes were one of the rather more upmarket shoemakers in England (comparitive to Rayne or Bally). The full company name was Edwards and Holmes Ltd. I have adverts from them between 1947-1969. They describe themselves on one advert as 'Designers and makers of superlatively good shoes.' In their heyday they advertised in the like of Harpers Bazaar. Mary is right with the era, I would have said your shoes were mid to late 1960's and the most recent Holmes advert I have from 1969 ('Fashion' magazine) shows a very similar pair of sling back shoes to yours, costing £5 19s 6d. A useful old to new money converter from the National Archives says this would have been equivalent to about £62 in 2005, for an idea of the purchase price.
7B is the US size - at the time it would have been a UK 5.5 but today it is a UK 5. As they do not have elasticated straps (only the grip elastic) there won't be any allowance in fit so I'd recommend you get them tried on by someone around this size if possible to ensure they are listed with the correct modern size. The square toed shoes of this era tend to be rather shallow toed and fit small so it's worth doing.
The stiffness could be from the thickness of the brocade fabric, the leather lining drying out or glue used in the construction stiffening with age. The 'crystals' are generally known as diamantes. Personally I would keyword the listing with low heel and kitten heel, square toe, evening shoes.

Wow, thank you both so very much, VintageMerchant and PinkCoke!! Your thoughtful and thorough replies are incredibly helpful, and I will be re-listing these shortly with that updated information. Thank you so much for your care and attention!! I'm very happy to have found your site and look forward to contributing to the community and getting to know everyone here in the future :).
