Help dating this blouse?!

I'm just starting to really try and identify some of the older (/things that appear older) things I have... and indeed I have 1,000,001 things to learn. :fainting: Luckily I've found a tremendously valuable resource here and I am so so grateful.

I love this pink blouse & I'm having a hard time figuring out what era it hails to. Buttons up the back, snaps in the shoulder where I think shoulder pads would have gone, gathered elastic wrists, and a solid waistband with a small nip in the front center. Feels like rayon? There is also a bit of puff at the shoulder.

I was going to say late 70s, but it could be 80s as Linn has stated. Certain items are very difficult to date with just the photo and not being able to handle them.

Thank you Lynn & Mary! Now that I think about it the print totally reminds me of some 80s spandex numbers I used to see... hehe.
