Help dating this blue maxi dress

Hi!

I picked up this sweet maxi dress at a market...the styling says 70's to me with its frilled neckline, tiers and bell sleeves but curious to know if late or earlier 70's...I would assume metal zips mean earlier... what would you say?

*Georgette fabric
*Metal zip centre back
*Poly fabric lining
*Seam finishing is zig zag stitch, not overlocked with generous hems

yes, you're correct, it's 70s. home sewn, which explains the metal zipper - although some makers used metal zippers later than others - and the interior finishing. it's mid-70s.

it has full sleeves with wide cuffs, not bell sleeves. a bell sleeve gradually widens to the hem, in a bell shape, and has no cuff.
