Help dating this dress I bought

Hi everyone! I just bought this dress and need help dating it, I am told it is 1930s but I feel it is a bit later. Does anyone know? The bustle back screams 1930s but I’ve never seen such darts in the bodice on a 30s gown.

It is lovely. Although the odd bustle effect is throwing me off, it looks early 60s to me.

The zipper back reveals that it is later than 1930's. I agree that it is 1960's. Pretty dress.

Classic 1960s to me. Personally, I wouldn't call that back treatment a bustle (which, in my mind, is something placed under the dress fabric). Looks more like a little cape-style flourish. I've had dresses with that before.
