Help dating this dress

Hi,
I'm not sure on how to date this dress. I thought it might be 80s at first, but then there's a metal zipper and I'm not sure...
It has hook and eye closure on the nape and sleeves, and has lining on the skirt.
There are no labels. It might be a handmade dress with an older zipper, or is it an older dress?...
It doesn't have any elastic neither so I just pinned it to the mannequin as it didn't go through.
I would love to have your opinions on it.
