Help dating this embroidered white cotton blouse

Hi!
I am a bit baffled on dating for this blouse. I purchased from an estate that had loads of 1900s and 1910s blouses and corset covers. I am starting to second guess everything I originally thought about this one so would love your opinions.

Also, as you can see in the pics, the blue sash belt is not original.
I also wonder if that embroidered bust inset is original (it is double layered hence the whiter appearance) but the blue embroidery isn't an exact match.

Thanks for any help!
Brooke

This appears to be either a top to a 1920s pajama set, or a long nightgown that was cut off.
I have had cotton gowns with similar embroidery from the 1920s, early 30s.
Phew.. okay this makes me feel better as I was thinking around the 1920s possibly 30s.. I'm not totally losing it yet ;)
Here's a pic of inside showing inset - is it safe to assume this is not original and an add on? Again the blue color isn't a perfect match.
