help dating this gorgeous dress, 40/50\'s??

I need help dating this dress! I feel like it could be from the 40's, but maybe it is newer...I just am lost. It has gorgeous embroidery on the shoulder and the side. Between the label (partially in a foreign language??) and the side metal zipper that is engraved "nylon", I am out of my league here! Help!

Cute! I'm feeling Philllipines on this, and maybe 50s. It does have a 40s vibe, but no shoulder pads and I'm thinking fashion trends probably moved a little slower there.
 
Phillipines! Huh, interesting! I was thinking the no shoulder pads/ 40's thing too. Thanks! Curious what the consensus will be!
 
It's the embroidery, it reminds me of Phillipine embroidered items I've seen before. I saw similar embroidery style in the Yucatan, but I've never seen vintage Mexican fashion that didn't look traditionally ethnic. And the name on the tag, Corazon, reminds me of Corazon Aquino - not the best reason for guessing Filipino, LOL!
