Help dating this green dress with cape

Please help me dating this dress I bought

It's a green dress with white polkadots
Has two pockets on the front
closes at the front with poppers hidden under buttons
a sort of cape at the back, also with buttons
measurements:
Bust 41 cm (16 inch)
Waist 36 cm (14 inch)
Length 103 cm (40,5 inch)

I would say 40s or 50s from the material and construction. I haven't seen this design before so others may be better at narrowing that down. I would call that an integrated sailor collar.

I would vote 50s. I have a cotton playsuit with a similar kind of collar treatment. No idea what to call this kind of collar though .

@Pinkcoke Integrated sailor collar! I like it!
@Linn Unfortunately I don't fit in. I bought it online, and was so in love with it! Package arrived, at home trying it on, and it fits so perfect at the waist, but my breasts are too big
So I have to pass it on to someone else.
